"This is a nice ultrasonic cleaner for dental appliances. Works well. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I had one of these purchased a few years ago and one wire of the power cord broke right at the base. The only way to fix this was to take the unit apart and repair the cord inside. There needs to be a better strain relief for the power cord where it exits the base. The unit I just purchased has the same strain relief as the one purchased several years ago, so no improvement has been made to this problem."
