We offer aย 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in theย same condition as when received โ€” unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include yourย receipt, proof of purchase, or order number inside the return package to help us process it efficiently.
  • Aย 10% restocking fee applies if the return is due to customer preference (e.g., no longer wanted or changed mind), and there is nothing wrong with the unit.
  • If the return is due to aย manufacturer defect or product issue, the restocking fee will be waived.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original product.
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs clearance.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be included inside the return package.

Refunds

Once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
